COVID-19 Service Changes

We plan to continue having the building open in addition to continuing to live stream our services. If you feel uncomfortable coming to the building, you can always watch the live service here.

Health & Safety Guidelines
If you will be visiting us in-person, we strongly encourage you to follow a few guidelines to keep your brothers & sisters safe.
  • If you are feeling sick, have a fever, are coughing, or have a runny nose, STAY HOME and watch our service online.
  • Wear a mask and/or face shield at all times in the building. If wearing a mask, ensure it covers your entire mouth and nose at all times.
  • Stay 6 feet apart from one another.
  • Avoid physical contact, including handshakes & hugs.

Worship Service Changes
Our services and classes remain modified as they were before we closed. These are the changes or limitations currently in place to help prevent disease spread:
  • All services, including Bible studies, will be held in the sanctuary to make it easier to clean and set up.
    • We've blocked every-other pew row to ensure a safe distance between people.
  • The ushers and greeting staff will be sanitizing pews and other high-touch areas before and after the service.
  • Youth (13-18 yr.) classes are held in the building and on Zoom. Contact the office for Zoom info.
  • Nursery, and 6-12 yr. classes are temporarily canceled, though we are planning to open them in the near future.
    • Families are welcome, and you can watch the service from our cafe. We've repurposed it into a family room with a live video feed of the service. You may want to bring your own toys or books to occupy the little ones.
  • Calvary Cafe is open with extra cleaning by the serving staff and masks/gloves for those serving food.

Check back here for a live stream each day we have a study. You'll also be able to watch after the fact on our YouTube channel.

Get connected

For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.” - Mark 10:45

Jesus told us, his disciples, to make disciples of all nations. Disciples are made through equipping the saints and enabling them to exercise their faith. James said, “show me your faith without your works and I’ll show you my faith by my works.”

At Calvary Chapel of Lancaster, there is always room for help. We only ask that new members and new believers sit under the teaching for at least six months. Show your commitment to study and “show yourself approved” and when you’re ready to let us know, we could use your help. You can’t know where God wants you if you don’t start somewhere.
